	Jason De lazzer Director of Capital Markets Alexander & Bishop

	Responsibilities Mr. De Lazzer is Director of Capital Markets of Alexander & Bishop with oversight responsibility of arranging capital for development, value-added, acqusition, and exsisting projects.He also helps satisfy financing needs of local, regional, and national developers.

	Experience
	Mr. De Lazzer joined Alexander & Bishop in 2004 While finishing his BBA from Oshkosh. In 2006 he became the director of Alexander & Bishop Real Estate Capital Markets, a commecial mortgage banking company. Since graduating from UW-Oshkosh in May 2005, Mr. Delazzer has individually and jointly closed over 30 real estae loans totaling over $200M.
	Qualifications
	Mr. De Lazzer holds a Bachlor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.
