Properties That Accept
the Good Grades Promotion
The Good Grades Promotion provides a rent credit for students at the Universty of Wisconsin-Oshkosh who are enrolled in 300 or higher level classes of 3 credits or more per class, and carrying 12 credits or more per semester.
A rent credit of $50 per semester for an A grade and $25 per semester for an A/B grade will be given for the fall and spring terms. Credit will be provided in January and June.
Other rules are:
Resident(s) must have a 12 month lease.
A copy of the student's STAR report must be submitted to the Landlord prior to January 31st/ June 30th of the lease term to confirm student's grades and status as a fulltime student before receiving rental credit.
Offer is limited to 2 students per apartment.
The resident may not be in default under any of the terms or conditions of their lease.
The Good Grades Promotion has a possibility of providing up to $300 in free rent per semester, per apartment.
